General
- All booked sessions require a $150 non-refundable deposit to hold your date. Deposit will be deducted from your total session price. Final payment due the day before session.
- Should you cancel your session, your deposit will not be returned. However, if you need to reschedule your session, your deposit will be rolled over. Rollover does not apply to mini sessions. Mini-session deposits are non-refundable.
- When sharing your photos online, please credit @amymcpeekphotography on Instagram and Facebook.
- We know you are so excited to receive your photos and strive to deliver them to you as soon as possible. Typical wait time is 2 weeks. During peak season (Spring to Christmas), photos may take 3-4 weeks to deliver.
Online Gallery
- We are happy to offer you your full online gallery for 6 months. Gallery will be password protected and shareable. You may download photos directly onto your computer or smartphone!
- You get ALL of your photos. We don't believe in making you choose or charging you extra to keep all of your photos!
Referral Program
- We are happy to offer an unlimited referral program! If you are an existing client of Amy McPeek Photography (you have completed at least one session with me), please share our services with your friends and family. New clients who book with me and mention your name will receive $25 off the price of their session. You will also receive $25 to use on your next session. There is no limit to how many referral credits you can earn.
Rescheduling/Cancellation
- We reserve the right to reschedule any session due to photographer illness, personal emergency or inclement weather. If a session cannot be rescheduled due to photographer cancellation, we will refund any monies paid including deposit.
- Clients reserve the right to reschedule any session for the same reasons, however, if you choose to cancel altogether, deposit will not be returned.
Privacy + Copyright
- The copyright and ownership of images belong to the photographer taking them. Amy McPeek Photography reserves the right to use all images for advertising, website, social media, publication or other purposes. We give you full access to download, save and print all of your images, however, all images and previews remain the exclusive property of Amy McPeek Photography.
